Steve’s career in direct response marketing spending spans over 40-years, beginning on the client side as Senior Vice President of American Telecast Corporation, an innovator and leader in television marketing success stories. Following that, he held senior management positions for some of the largest direct response agencies in the country, such as Williams Television, Direct Response Media Inc. and Mercury Media.
Moving from the television side to radio, in his role as Executive Vice President and Creative Director for Hybrid Media, for over 16 years, Steve has overseen creative development and production for a wide variety of Hybrid clients and the writing and production of thousands of audio spots. His extensive experience in every facet of direct response marketing has helped clients strategically plan, test, and launch numerous successful campaigns.
Growing up in Florida, after attending Villanova University, Steve remained in the Philadelphia area and enjoys many activities, including time with his three children and eleven grandchildren.

Hans Dorsainvil
EVP, Account Services
Hans has been an Advertising and Marketing Executive for the past 30 years. Currently, as Executive Vice President of Accounts Service and a member of Hybrid Media since 2011, he oversees and implements strategic marketing campaigns across all media platforms for a diverse roster of clients. Prior to working with Hybrid Media, Hans was Director of Sales for ABC National Television representing Disney’s ten Owned and Operated Stations. Earlier in his career, Hans held a myriad of Sales and Marketing positions ranging from working at WBZ-AM in Boston as well as WFAN-AM and WABC-AM in New York.
Hans, a graduate of Boston College, resides in New Rochelle, NY with his wife, Michelleand their two children. When not trying to improve his golf game, or doing charity work, he enjoys spending time with his family and their dog Simba either in the Lakes region of New Hampshire or the sandy beaches of West Palm.

Angie Seacliff

Angie has over 18 years of Marketing experience including Digital, Radio, TV, Out of Home, Direct Mail, and Print. As Director of Digital Audio at Hybrid Media, she oversees growth and performance optimization across all digital audio accounts, with a strong focus and emphasis on Podcast and Influencer Marketing. Her extensive knowledge of the Podcast landscape, and intimate understanding of client business objectives, ensures that each custom audio campaign exceeds expectations.
Angie grew up in Lima, Peru and graduated from Bethel University with a major in Media Communications. She enjoys living in San Diego where the weather is warm.

Serena Spallone
CFO
Serena began her media career in 2005 at Integrated Marketing & Promotional Solutions in the role of Accounting Manager. Part of the Hybrid Media Team since inception in 2007, Serena oversees all financial and accounting responsibilities for the company. She is responsible for an immense amount of billing, financial reporting reconciling as well as many other miscellaneous hats.
Serena was promoted to Controller in 2012 and has been a vital element to the company’s growth which has doubled in size since that time. She takes great pride in her meticulous nature while her speed and diligence has proven to be crucial to our success.
A graduate of Baruch College she lives in Yonkers, New York with her husband Jerry and beautiful daughter, Violet.

Neil Hurwitz

With over 27 years of experience driving revenue and results in the advertising industry, Neil is a seasoned veteran helping clients understand and navigate the always evolving media landscape. Launching his career in 1997 at KLSX-FM Los Angeles, the CBS flagship station that brought the Howard Stern Show to the West Coast airwaves. Neil honed his craft working with agencies and business direct on local and national radio campaigns as well as producing long form radio shows for local and national clients.
In 2006, Neil moved into the emerging digital ad space, holding sales and marketing roles across ad networks, online portals, and was regional sales manager for a Michael Eisner–backed startup. This breadth of experience has equipped him to connect brands with audiences across multiple platforms.
Working at Hybrid Media since 2012, Neil is dedicated and continues to build campaigns that deliver measurable impact and sustainable long-term growth, so Hybrids clients make money. His expertise spans media and creative strategies, copywriting, campaign development, campaign management, marketing strategy, and innovative advertising solutions across different audio and tv platforms for direct and brand response campaigns.
Paul Smith
SVP, Business Development
Paul brings over 14 years of experience in the offline media industry with expertise in sales, creative development, media buying strategy, branding, direct response advertising, and results analytics. Paul’s background gives him a unique ability to understand a client’s advertising objectives to develop and execute clear strategies for accelerated revenue growth which have helped numerous Hybrid Media clients achieve lasting success.
Paul excels at being able to look outside the box when it comes to building ideas for bringing a product or service to market that resonate with consumers. He also analyzes current market trends to determine the best opportunity to serve each account he manages in order to achieve optimal return on investment.

Amanda brings over 20 years of success in performance-driven audio advertising, with deep expertise across podcasting, local and national radio, syndicated and satellite
radio, and the ever-expanding world of streaming. Throughout her career, she has focused on direct-to-consumer brands, consistently helping clients grow revenue
through strategic media placements.
With a sharp eye on the evolving media landscape, Amanda knows how to align campaigns with client goals and KPIs. She’s also highly skilled in podcast and streaming attribution—an essential factor in the success of many of her campaigns.

Kyle Neeck
Director of Analytics
Kyle joined Hybrid in 2016 as Media Analyst Coordinator, serving as a liaison between the media outlets and Hybrid account management.
He was promoted in the fall of 2018 to the position of Director of Analytics. In his current role, Kyle works closely with clients, media outlets, and the Hybrid team, providing valuable analytical insights to optimize various campaigns. He facilitates the accumulation and interpretation of vital data, tailoring the reporting to meet clients’ needs. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and advanced knowledge of analytical and business software, Kyle ensures that Hybrid maintains its reputation for top-class professionalism and accuracy.

Angela DeMarco Leonard
Manager, Media Operations
Angela joined the Hybrid Media Team in 2009 as Assistant Business Manager, where she successfully streamlined the accounts payable and billing departments over a five-year period. Her strong performance and dedication led to her promotion in 2014 to Operations Manager.
In her current role, Angela oversees order entry and campaign execution with media outlets and vendors, while also managing Hybrid’s internal client campaign operations. Her attention to detail and strategic oversight are critical to ensuring smooth, efficient processes across the board.

Mark Lee

Mark began his career in national radio sales in 2001 with Christal Radio. In 2006, he transitioned to iHeart Radio National Sales as an Account Coordinator, further developing his expertise in media sales and client service.
Following more than three years at two direct response radio agencies, Mark joined the Hybrid Media Team in 2017 as a Media Analytics Coordinator. In this role, he leverages his deep industry experience to support data-driven campaign insights and performance optimization.
Mark lives in Riverside, Rhode Island, with his wife, their soon-to-be 10-year-old triplets, and their 2 year-old dog, Isla. He takes great pride in balancing a dynamic family life with his passion for media analytics.
Brandon Campbell
Account Manager
Brandon joined Hybrid Media Services in the summer of 2018 after spending time at Amalgamated Life. He coordinates day-to-day accounting tasks and tackles monthly billing for all of Hybrid’s clients and ad agencies.

Connor Neeck
Account Executive
Connor joined the Hybrid Media team in 2017 as a Media Assistant. After demonstrating strong organizational skills and a keen eye for campaign performance, he was promoted to Media Coordinator in 2019—a role he held through 2025. In this position, he managed media campaigns, coordinated placements, and developed strong client relationships.
In 2025, Connor advanced to the role of Account Executive, where he now leads strategic media initiatives, oversees campaign execution, and serves as a key point of contact for clients. His ability to merge data-driven insights with creative planning ensures high-performing campaigns and lasting partnerships. His expanded responsibilities include campaign reporting and performance analysis—tracking metrics, evaluating KPIs, and making real-time optimizations to drive success. For over 15 years Duanne has been flexing both the left and right sides of her brain to help produce some of the most successful direct response radio ads in the country. Her intuitive style of creating impact through pacing, music, mixing and post-production magic ensure the final spots are always fresh and targeted. Maintaining a positive and collaborative spirit, she is deadline driven and committed to the client’s success.
Before her radio post production career blossomed, she gained much insight into commercial messaging through her work as VO talent, commercial actress, and producer of her own film and video projects.

Tina Mannix
Marketing Coordinator
Tina began her marketing career at Madison Square Garden and Radio City Entertainment, working in the advertising sales and sponsorship departments.
For 11 years she worked for the New York Mets as Marketing Director overseeing the team’s marketing, advertising, and research – as well as all sponsorship marketing efforts.
Tina came on board in 2016 and works closely with the accounting and sales staff at Hybrid Media Services.
A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, Tina also teaches CCD and serves on the Parish Council of St. Patrick’s Church in Armonk. She lives in Pleasantville, New York with her husband and their three boys.

Max joined the Hybrid Media team in May of 2025 as an audio engineer with a focus on the post-production of audio spots for local and national broadcast.
He Graduated with honors from Cabrini University with a degree in Digital
Communications and Social Media. Before joining Hybrid, he worked as social media manager and copywriter for multiple media platforms and clients.
